Audio Books - How To Create A Massively Profitable Audio Book!

By Fabian Tan

In my experience, creating an audio book can be more difficult than it seems. The truth is, creating an audio book can be easy. You just need a few equipment to get started creating your own professional audio books.

Whether you are creating a fiction or non-fiction audio book, you'd want to create a professional production that you can be proud of. Don't produce a work with poor audio quality or poor content, that will get lots of refunds quickly if you are selling your audio book.

First of all, you do not need to be technical geek to get started creating audio books. All you need is some basic equipment. You need a good quality microphone to start with. You might also want to get a microphone stand if it makes things easier for you.

You'll also need a software program to record, convert and master your audio files. One good software is the WaveLab software. It's complete solution for recording audio files. Another good solution is Audacity.

When recording your audio book, always be prepared beforehand. Write out your audiobook first as if it was a paperback book, then read it out from there. This makes things a lot easier.

Another little-known to create an audio book in under an hour is to record an interview with an expert. Experts love to be interviewed because it puts their name in the spotlight and gives free advertising for their products. With Skype, you can conduct interviews via Internet calls and convert the interviews into audio files.
